Yesterday it was reported that Related and Somerset’s propose $700 million development on 13 acres of the Harlem River Yards in Port Morris neighborhood. It would include a huge soccer stadium and 550 affordable housing units.For this proposal, Related Companies partnered up with Somerset Partners and New York City Football Club. Today yet another proposal was submitted by L+M and Onmi New York. This one includes 2,000 units of mixed housing (see picture below).
